Ingredients
  

For the Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Optional Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Add potatoes, green beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.

Notes

You can add other vegetables based on your preference.
