For the Casserole

ground beef
1
medium
onion, chopped
2
cloves
garlic, minced
3

potatoes, diced
2
cups
green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
1
can (15 oz)
diced tomatoes
1
cup
beef broth
1
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper
Optional Topping

shredded cheddar cheese
optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
Add potatoes, green beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
If using, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
You can add other vegetables based on your preference.
