pomegranate seeds (can substitute dried cranberries)

For the Dressing

honey

Dijon mustard

apple cider vinegar

shallot (minced)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Combine mixed spring greens, orange segments, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and candied pecans in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and minced shallot. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Notes
Feel free to add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
