For the Salad

dry elbow macaroni

apple cider vinegar

carrot
peeled and grated
2

grated onion

Instructions
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a mixing bowl, combine the macaroni, apple cider vinegar, grated carrot, grated onion, mayonnaise, milk, and sugar. Mix well.
Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
