Ingredients
  

For the Hash

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)

For Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in diced potatoes and mixed vegetables, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can use any combination of vegetables you prefer.
