  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh baby spinach.

  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder For warmth.

  • 0.25 cup Chicken Broth Steams the potatoes.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and sweet potatoes to the skillet. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Add the spinach and chicken broth. Cook until the spinach wilts.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

You can substitute other vegetables like zucchini or add spices according to your taste.
