For the Assembly

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest.
In another bowl, mix cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, feta, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
To assemble, place grilled chicken and salsa inside each pita and add tzatziki. Serve immediately.
