For the Gyros

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill or cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 20 minutes. Slice into strips.
Warm pita breads and fill them with chicken, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
Notes
You can add other toppings like cucumbers or feta cheese for extra flavor.
