Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
Let it cool before serving.

You can serve this cobbler warm or chilled. It pairs well with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
