Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the egg and yellow cake mix, stirring until fully combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let them cool, then dust with powdered sugar and add sprinkles if desired.
