Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

For the Breading

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Filling

  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 drops Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your frying pan over medium heat.
  • Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then cover with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Cook the chicken in the frying pan with olive oil for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Layer each piece of chicken with ham and Swiss cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
  • Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce to create the sauce.
  • Serve the chicken with the sauce on the side.

Notes

You can add spices to the breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
