Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs plain or Italian-seasoned
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
