Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta Gluten-free option available.

For the Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef Vegetarian option available.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Dairy-free option available.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Dairy-free option available.
  • ½ cup heavy cream Dairy-free option available.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the Italian seasoning, tomatoes, butter, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Cook until cheese melts.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pasta. For a dairy-free option, replace heavy cream with coconut cream and use dairy-free cheeses.
