Ingredients
  

For the Bread

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as rosemary and thyme), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast.
  • Add warm water, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours, until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your Dutch oven in the oven at 450°F (230°C).
  • Once preheated, carefully transfer the dough into the Dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let the bread cool before slicing.

Notes
