For the Bread

instant yeast

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast.
Add warm water, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours, until doubled in size.
Preheat your Dutch oven in the oven at 450°F (230°C).
Once preheated, carefully transfer the dough into the Dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Let the bread cool before slicing.
Notes
This bread pairs well with soups and salads. Feel free to experiment with different herbs.
