Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts

For the Potatoes

  • 400 g baby potatoes halved

For the Green Beans

  • 2 cups green beans

For the Seasoning

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter optional for richness
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.
  • Place the seasoned chicken and halved baby potatoes on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, add the green beans to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

You can add other vegetables to the roasting pan for more variety.
