Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Coat the chicken breasts with this mixture.
Place the seasoned chicken and halved baby potatoes on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, add the green beans to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
You can add other vegetables to the roasting pan for more variety.
