For the Steak Bites

steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
For the Zucchini
1
medium
zucchini, cut into half-moons
For the Garlic Butter

butter

cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoon
olive oil

black pepper
Optional Garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
Lower the heat and add butter and garlic. Stir until the butter melts and coats the steak.
Add zucchini and cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.

You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
