Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes

For the Zucchini

  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons

For the Garlic Butter

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Lower the heat and add butter and garlic. Stir until the butter melts and coats the steak.
  • Add zucchini and cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
