Instructions
In a pot, cook the Shellbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in half and half, soy sauce, and chicken bouillon.
Add remaining butter, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and seasonings. Stir until well combined.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute different pasta shapes if preferred. Adjust seasonings to taste.
