Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces

For the Pasta

  • 1 pound bowtie pasta also called farfalle

For the Sauce

  • 4 to 6 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute.
  • Stir in butter and chicken broth. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
  • Mix in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cooked pasta. Toss until well combined.
  • Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Notes

This dish is best served fresh. You can adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
