For the Chicken

chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
For the Pasta

bowtie pasta
also called farfalle
For the Sauce

fresh garlic minced

unsalted butter

chicken broth

olive oil

black pepper

grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute.
Stir in butter and chicken broth. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Mix in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cooked pasta. Toss until well combined.
Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Notes
This dish is best served fresh. You can adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
