Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 lb Ground beef Choose beef with a little fat for juiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Classic burger seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Classic burger seasoning.
  • to taste teaspoon Salt Balances all the flavors.
  • to taste teaspoon Pepper Balances all the flavors.

For the Cheese

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Sharp and bold.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Adds stretchy, gooey pull.

For the Rollups

  • 1 lb Pizza dough Store-bought refrigerated dough.

For the Topping

  • 4 tablespoon Butter For brushing over the rollups.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for brushing.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a pan, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the beef mixture and stir until melted.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each rectangle.
  • Roll the dough over the filling to form rollups and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the rollups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add your favorite burger toppings inside the rollups.
