Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a pan, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the beef mixture and stir until melted.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each rectangle.
Roll the dough over the filling to form rollups and place them on a baking sheet.
Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the rollups.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add your favorite burger toppings inside the rollups.
