Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the pork mince, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each into rectangles.
Place a portion of the filling on one side of each rectangle and fold over the pastry.
Seal the edges with a fork.
Mix the egg and milk in a bowl and brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to add cheese or fresh herbs for extra flavor. Adjust spice level with chili flakes as desired.
