Firecracker Hot Dogs

Ingredients
For the Firecracker Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
For the Toppings
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or pepper jack
- ½ cup diced red onions
- ½ cup sliced jalapeños optional
- to taste fresh cilantro leaves
For the Hot Dogs
- 8 all-beef hot dogs
- 8 soft hot dog buns lightly toasted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice. Mix well to create the firecracker sauce.
- Grill the hot dogs until heated through. Serve them in toasted buns, topped with firecracker sauce, cheese, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
