Ingredients
  

For the Firecracker Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or pepper jack
  • ½ cup diced red onions
  • ½ cup sliced jalapeños optional
  • to taste fresh cilantro leaves

For the Hot Dogs

  • 8 all-beef hot dogs
  • 8 soft hot dog buns lightly toasted

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lime juice. Mix well to create the firecracker sauce.
  • Grill the hot dogs until heated through. Serve them in toasted buns, topped with firecracker sauce, cheese, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of sriracha to suit your spice preference.
