Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 8 oz large macaroni elbow pasta

Dressing

  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Vegetables

  • 1 leaves stalks of celery plus the celery, finely chopped
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh Italian parsley

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and dill. Mix well.
  • Add the cooled macaroni, celery, red onion, carrot, and parsley to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad can be customized with other vegetables or proteins as desired.
