Ingredients
  

For the Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking dish, layer the ground beef or turkey, onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything gently until well combined. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can customize the vegetables based on your preference. Feel free to add or substitute other vegetables.
