Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs You can use digestive biscuits for a similar texture.
  • 0.5 cups Granulated Sugar Can substitute with brown sugar for a richer flavor.
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter Should be melted; use coconut oil for a dairy-free alternative.

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Ensure it's softened to room temperature.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Almond extract can be an alternative.
  • 3 large Eggs Add one at a time to keep the mixture smooth.
  • 1 cup Dulce de Leche Use store-bought for convenience.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until smooth.
  • Fold in the dulce de leche until fully combined. Pour the filling over the crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours for better texture. Enjoy with whipped cream if desired.
