Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until smooth.
Fold in the dulce de leche until fully combined. Pour the filling over the crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours for better texture. Enjoy with whipped cream if desired.
