1cupmarshmallow fluffAvailable in bulk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter together. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in hot cocoa mix until combined.
Pour cheesecake filling over the crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
For the topping, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Spread marshmallow fluff on top of the chilled cheesecake, then add whipped cream.
Notes
Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.
