Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, eggs, sugar, milk, flour, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
