For the Wraps

cooked chicken breast, shredded

shredded cabbage
(green or purple)

cup
carrots, julienned
1

red bell pepper, thinly sliced

green onions, sliced

tortillas or wraps

fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Thai Peanut Sauce

tablespoon
peanut butter
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
tablespoon
lime juice
1
teaspoon
honey or maple syrup

chili flakes
(optional)

tablespoon
warm water
(to thin)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, chili flakes, and warm water until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto each tortilla or wrap and roll them tightly. Cut in half and serve with the peanut sauce.
Notes
You can customize the veggies based on your preference. Adjust the peanut sauce thickness by adding more or less water.
