Ingredients
  

Potatoes

  • 1.5 lbs small potatoes

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Boil the small potatoes in a pot until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each one with a fork or your palm.
  • Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the potatoes for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
