Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

For Cooking

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the diced potatoes in a pot until tender. Drain and mash them.
  • Mix in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper into the mashed potatoes.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the potato balls and cook until golden brown on all sides.

Notes

Serve warm as a snack or appetizer. You can add spices to the filling for extra flavor.
