Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 14 oz crushed tomatoes I use Cento San Marzano crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 oz flat-leaf parsley freshly chopped for vibrant flavor
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano crushed between your fingers to release more flavor
  • 2.2 lb lean ground beef 95% lean for best results
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Spray oil
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 5.2 oz pepperoni coarsely chopped

For assembling

  • Sauce of your choice
  • 6 wraps large (about 10-inch diameter)
  • 7.05 oz shredded low-fat mozzarella Belgioioso is a good brand

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat spray oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, parsley, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add chopped pepperoni and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay out the wraps and place a portion of the filling on each. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  • Roll the wraps tightly and place them on a baking sheet. Spray the tops with oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
