Instructions
In a skillet, heat spray oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, parsley, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped pepperoni and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay out the wraps and place a portion of the filling on each. Top with shredded mozzarella.
Roll the wraps tightly and place them on a baking sheet. Spray the tops with oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
