Instructions
Prepare the chicken by pounding it to ½ inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of Parmesan and panko.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with the Parmesan and panko mixture.
Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then add chicken broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the chicken topped with the garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
