For the Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
