Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Brush the cod fillets with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and your choice of seasoning.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
For the dipping sauce, mix mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, mustard, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Serve the cod with the dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
