  • 2 large Russet Potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder adds depth and aroma
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder enhances the savory flavor
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • Cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once golden and crispy, remove the wedges and garnish with parmesan cheese or fresh parsley if desired.
