Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest, and garlic powder.
Brush the cod fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Press the cod fillets into the Parmesan coating mixture to adhere.
Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
While the cod cooks, prepare the herb butter sauce by mixing the melted butter and chopped parsley.
Serve the cod with lemon wedges and drizzle the herb butter sauce on top.
