Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breast

For the Coating

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • as needed spray cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and olive oil. Coat each chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving for better juiciness.
