Ingredients
  

For the Fish

  • 1 pound white fish fillets cod or tilapia work great
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for color and smoky flavor
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder adds flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Coating

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs Panko for extra crunch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them well.
  • Dredge the coated fish in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  • Place the fish fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve with a side of lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
