Look for thick, even cuts.

olive oil
Regular olive oil handles high heat better.

garlic powder
Sticks better than fresh garlic.

Choose sweet or smoked as per preference.

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Coat the cod fillets with the spice mixture on both sides.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
