Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken and sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and sour cream, and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

You can use thighs for richer flavor and substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
