Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 300 g penne pasta

For the Chicken

  • 2 breasts chicken, thinly sliced

For the Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Stir in the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and toss to coat. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can add vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition.
