For the crust

For the lemon filling

egg yolks

sweetened condensed milk

lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix melted butter, graham cracker squares, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour the lemon filling over the crust and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon juice to the filling.
