Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 24 squares graham crackers
  • ¼ cup sugar

For the lemon filling

  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (12oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix melted butter, graham cracker squares, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Pour the lemon filling over the crust and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon juice to the filling.
