For the Crust

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, graham crackers, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Pour the lemon filling over the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
Chill the squares in the refrigerator for a firmer texture before serving.
