For the Beef Sauce

For the Pasta

penne or rigatoni pasta (high protein if preferred)

chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened.
Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned.
Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef sauce.
Mix well and serve, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
You can substitute Greek yogurt with cottage cheese for a different texture. Adjust seasoning to taste.
