In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is done.
Stir in the flour and cook for a minute, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
Add pesto, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
