For the salad

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and white balsamic vinegar.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
