Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked penne to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
