Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz penne pasta Cook according to package instructions.

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced Season with Cajun spices.
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing the chicken.

For the Sauce

  • 2 cups heavy cream Brings richness to the dish.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For added creaminess.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season accordingly.

For Garnish

  • Chopped parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with Cajun spices. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked penne to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
