Ingredients
  

Turkey

  • 1 each turkey breast, bone-in and skin-on 3-4 lb

Glaze

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  • Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the glaze over it.
  • Roast in the oven for about 2 hours, basting occasionally with the glaze.
  • Check the internal temperature. It should reach 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
