In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Gradually blend this into the creamed mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, then create a small indent in the center of each cookie. Fill the indent with the cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Let cool before serving.
