Ingredients
  

For the Cookies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Gradually blend this into the creamed mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, then create a small indent in the center of each cookie. Fill the indent with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Let cool before serving.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for freshness. You can also add a drizzle of icing on top for extra sweetness.
