Ingredients
  

For the Bars

  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing packets reserved
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking pan, spread the melted butter evenly on the bottom.
  • Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces in the pan, spreading them evenly.
  • In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and vanilla extract, then pour it over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While the bars are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by mixing softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Once the bars are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then drizzle the icing packets over the top and spread the cream cheese frosting.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

You can add nuts or chocolate chips to the bars for extra flavor.
