For the Topping

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix the topping sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
