Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the sugar, egg, and melted butter.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and set aside.
For the crumb topping, mix together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
